Community Care Center has started working on the AHCA/NCAL Natiional Quality Award this year, wihich is a progressive three-step process, to encourage the continuous learning and development of intergrated quality systems to achieve performance excellence. Each progressive step requires a more detailed demonstration of quallity integration and performance.
The Bronze recognizes that the provider has developed a foundation to begin a journey of continuous quality improvement.

The CCC Foundation is selling a quilt of Stuart for $45.00 with proceeds going to Memory Walk Garden.

Community Care Center, Inc., located in Stuart, Iowa, is a community owned facility providing the utmost Quality of Care possible for the aging elderly, handicapped and has been Medicaid/Medicare approved offering skilled care for those qualify.
Stuart, with a population of over 1600 offers the small town/country atmosphere. Stuart is centrally located within the state and only a short thirty minute drive west of Des Moines. Stuart is exit 93 off of I-80.
Our care facility serves 65 in house residents, 25 double occupancy rooms and 17 private residential rooms.
The residents at Community Care Center have the opportunity to live a full and enhanced life as they participate in the many daily services, activities and programs offered during the day.
