Stuart, with a population of over 1600 offers the small town/country atmosphere. Stuart is centrally located within the state and only a short thirty minute drive west of Des Moines. Stuart is exit 93 off of I-80.

Our care facility serves 65 in house residents, 25 double occupancy rooms and 17 private residential rooms.
