Community Care Center, Inc. located in Stuart, Iowa is an independent skilled nursing facility overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors from our community and surrounding area. In addition to the skilled and long-term care services provided by Community Care Center, we provide an assisted living at The Willows. Community Care Center also offers inpatient and outpatient therapy services in our Therapy Suite. The primary goal of the Community Care Center & The Willows is to provide our residents & tenants a consistent quality of care that optimizes the residents’ and tenants’ highest level of functioning.
